Who is Artist Jeni Reynolds?

Hi. I am an artist who enjoys playing in several mediums such as: pencil, pen and ink, acrylics, oils, water colors and anything I can explore. I love creating through a range of mixed mediums. I thrive to add unexpected elements to my work to add interests and statements. I also work in other Arts & Crafts style works, including smaller sculpture and home decor, etc...

I have had many individual classes and workshops, but am considered a self taught artist. With this, I take on challenges to be very individual in my work.
I have done many commissioned projects and volunteer work through several organizations in my former years such as:
Children's Miracle Network, Cancer Society - Kansas City Chapter, The Leukemia And Lymphoma Society of Nebraska, Children's Mercy Hospital Oncology Unit, Grandma's Alzheimer's Fund, The Hope House, many individual patient fundraiser benefits, Relay For Life, Dog-A-Palooza Dog Park Fundraiser, Mural and set works for: United Methodist Church of Independence, several commissioned private home mural works, Paradise Dinner Theater, Lawson Community Theater, Community Theater of Independence, Slightly Off Broadway Community Theater of Excelsior Springs, custom lettering for several businesses and many fun surprise gifts out in the community. I am also proud to say that I have completed almost 40 years of designing and decorating unique wedding cakes some including artwork painted fondant.

I am currently stepping out on new adventures to include setting aside most commissions to fully share from my creative side.
